ROOTS GOSPEL JAM & CONCERT
A spirited evening of old-time gospel songs in the roots music tradition of the community sing.
AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION IS ENCOURAGED!
We have a few songs throughout the night that are solo-type songs, but for the most part, this is an event of active participation. We won’t drag you on stage, and we won’t call you out in the crowd (well…maybe), but we do want to see you having a great time!
The evening wouldn’t be complete without our delicious free BBQ plate-dinner and refreshments.
This free event is typically held toward the end of the month and the location varies around the greater North Sacramento area. Some months will not have a concert due to holiday conflicts, so…
